Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Senior Manager to lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineering & FinOps across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. You will guide strategy, delivery, and governance of cloud platforms, balancing cost with performance while driving automation and reliability.

You will partner with Architecture, Security, Finance, and Engineering to mature FinOps practices, manage budgets, and influence cloud investments for global growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading cloud infrastructure in complex enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership developing engineers, technical leads, or managers.
• Experience leading teams for Azure, AWS, cloud operations, automation, governance, and infrastructure services.
• Experience owning or influencing cloud financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, optimization, consumption management, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, IAM, security controls, and platform governance.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance, Procurement, Security, Architecture, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure engineering across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Define and execute the cloud infrastructure roadmap for modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Finance to design secure, scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Build and mature FinOps capabilities: cost visibility, forecasting, allocation, governance, and executive reporting.
• Advise engineers and leaders on cloud architecture, capacity planning, consumption forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive reliability, observability, automation, and operational excellence across cloud platforms.
• Establish governance for AI-enabled infrastructure and cloud-based AI services.
