Job summary

Zenosys is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to lead design, development, maintenance, deployment, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure in Trenton, NJ. The role is full-time and hybrid, with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Responsibilities include researching, designing, testing, and evaluating cloud systems; implementing data pipelines; and ensuring robust infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Strong scripting, IaC, and SDLC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and environments.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• IaC experience with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Familiarity with Gen AI/LLMs and cloud data pipelines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres.
• Experience with AWS Glue, Lambda and EventBridge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance, deployment, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.
• Research, design, develop, test, and evaluate cloud systems with providers.
• Support cloud resources for administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to SDLC planning, requirements, development, testing and deployments.
• Architect and implement cloud infra and data pipelines in AWS and Azure.
• Establish processes for moving software changes through the life cycle.
• Develop dashboards to track project metrics and successes.
• Enhance cloud environments and databases to meet business needs.
• Manage risks and consider alternatives to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
