Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to architect and scale secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, lead IaC initiatives, and drive GitOps practices. The role emphasizes mentorship, security, and reliability in a fast-growing, global organization.

The candidate will collaborate with software, product, and security teams to ensure robust, scalable systems and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator) desirable.
• 10+ years in SRE, software development, or cloud infrastructure architecture with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch).
• Lead IaC design and implementation using Terraform, PowerShell, and automation frameworks.
• Drive GitOps with Argo CD for Kubernetes workloads.
• Build observability platform with Datadog for real-time insights.
• Own network security across AWS and hybrid environments.
