Novaspect, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL, is seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator to join the Technology team.

This senior role focuses on reliability, security, recoverability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure for a multi-site workforce. The Cloud Administrator handles Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows endpoints, and related technologies, translating business needs into secure, scalable solutions that boost productivity and the modern employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Windows endpoints, and Defender technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Microsoft 365 E5 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity, MFA, and SSO integrations.
• Manage Intune and endpoint management, including compliance policies and device deployment.
• Support Azure infrastructure, VMs, storage, and networking; monitor cloud services.
• Lead automation and documentation; mentor team members; participate in incident response.
