HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Migration Program Lead (Technical Migration Consultant) with 12+ years of infrastructure and cloud migration leadership to drive large-scale migrations from Azure Stack Hub and Azure Stack Edge to Azure. You will partner with customers, Microsoft engineering teams, and cloud architects to define strategies and ensure operational readiness.

• 12+ years in infrastructure and cloud migration leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale hybrid cloud migrations.
• Technical authority for migrations from Azure Stack Hub/Edge to Azure.

Mansioni

• Lead migration architecture, planning, and execution for hybrid cloud environments.
• Assess customer infrastructure, migration readiness, risks, dependencies, and remediation requirements.
• Define migration strategies across compute, storage, networking, identity, security, backup, DR, and monitoring.
• Drive technical discovery workshops and review runbooks, rollback plans, and operational readiness.
• Validate migration automation, PowerShell scripts, and deployment frameworks.
• Act as Tier 3/4 escalation for complex migration issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Product Engineering, Account Teams, CSA teams, and Support.
• Develop technical documentation, migration best practices, troubleshooting guides, and reusable assets.
