Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of cloud platforms and services, partnering across infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable cloud solutions.

This role requires on-site work five days per week. Responsibilities include engineering cloud infrastructure, establishing standards, and driving automation for CI/CD and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (IaC) and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of cloud platform capabilities across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable cloud designs; contribute to cloud reference architectures and patterns.
• Establish and maintain cloud engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices.
• Design for high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and resiliency with testing and operational readiness reviews.
• Mentor Cloud Engineers and collaborate with Security, Network, and DevOps teams to improve reliability and security.
