Eide Bailly seeks a Cloud Senior Engineer to drive delivery of Microsoft cloud initiatives, focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure. The role emphasizes aligning technical work with business goals and ensuring secure, scalable solutions across multiple programs.

You will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and partner with product owners to prioritize work, while maintaining delivery velocity in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or Microsoft cloud solution development.
• Hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in Agile environments and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience with source control, release governance, and deployment processes.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of Microsoft cloud solutions including Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Establishes engineering standards, governance, and security across the cloud environment.
• Oversees solution architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Guides integration of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and third-party apps via APIs.
• Partners with product owners and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Plans and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Monitors delivery performance and proactively manages risks and timelines.
• Drives continuous improvement of engineering practices and DevOps capabilities.
• Mentors engineers and promotes a high-performance culture.
