Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering or cloud solution delivery experience.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Experience leading complex engineering initiatives in Agile environments.
• Experience with source control, release governance, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform) aligned to business goals.
• Establishes engineering standards, governance, and security across the cloud environment.
• Oversees architecture and design for scalable, reliable enterprise solutions.
• Guides integration of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and third-party apps via APIs.
• Partners with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and engineers to translate needs into solutions.
• Plans, prioritizes, and coordinates cross-functional teams across the Microsoft cloud portfolio.
• Monitors delivery performance and proactively manages risks and dependencies.
• Drives continuous improvement of engineering practices and DevOps capabilities.
• Acts as trusted advisor and SME in Microsoft cloud and Dynamics CRM.
• Mentors and develops engineers to raise technical excellence and performance.
• Promotes collaboration, accountability, and high-quality delivery.
