Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Engineer - Cloud to design, develop, and maintain backend services for cloud cybersecurity solutions in Sunnyvale. You will implement microservices, cloud-scale infrastructure, and event-driven architectures while ensuring reliability and performance across multi-region deployments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and drive best practices in software architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend modules for distributed systems with microservices.
• Experience with containerization and service mesh patterns for inter-service communication.
• Cloud-based solution deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP with IaC and auto-scaling.
• Experience with Redis, Postgres, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch for storage and analytics.
• REST APIs with authentication, versioning, and OpenAPI documentation.
• Proficient in Go, Python, or Java, with performance optimization and debugging skills.
• Experience with distributed tracing, log aggregation, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborative coding and code-review oriented environment.

Responsibilities
