Job summary
GRVTY is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to join the CORE team in enhancing cloud deployments and automation across development, test, and production. You will automate installations, configurations, and maintenance of platform services, while aligning with security and cost objectives.
The role requires integrating AWS serverless components and multi-platform services, with on-call responsibilities and participation in SAFe and Scrum ceremonies. A strong DevSecOps mindset is essential.
Qualifications
- US citizen with TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud/ DevSecOps environments.
- Understanding of AWS serverless components and multi-platform integration.
- Experience integrating AWS, GitLab, OpenShift, Nexus, and self-service workflows.
- GitLab CI/CD pipelines for OpenShift or AWS deployments.
- Strong knowledge of security, networking, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Familiarity with GitLab or comparable CI tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve CI/CD and deployment processes for cloud services.
- Integrate with enterprise authentication and security services.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor logs, incidents, and system performance; ensure security hardening.
- Lead SAFe/ Scrum ceremonies and participate in agile teams.
- Provide on-call support as required.
