Techblocks Inc. is seeking a senior cloud engineer to own and evolve our AWS-based production environments. You will design, deploy, secure, and automate scalable infrastructure, working across hybrid cloud contexts and client environments.

Strong Terraform, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes skills are essential. You will lead incident response, SRE practices, and cost optimization while collaborating with Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams to improve reliability and agility.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in IT/infrastructure engineering with strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting production AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking, security, cloud architecture, and high-availability principles.

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot highly available AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Design and manage AWS networking including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, VPN, NAT Gateway, Direct Connect, security groups, network ACLs, DNS and routing.
• Perform infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, software upgrades, and technology refresh activities.
• Support cloud migration, modernization, and application onboarding initiatives.
• Recommend architectural improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support AWS as the primary cloud while collaborating with Azure, GCP, and client environments.
• Develop Terraform modules and automation for provisioning and operations.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate deployments into DevOps workflows.
• Create and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts with Splunk, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry.
• Implement security best practices including IAM, encryption, secrets management, and guardrails.
• Participate in DR planning, testing, and multi-region resilience initiatives.
• Assist in cost optimization and capacity planning across cloud environments.
