Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior cloud engineering advocate to expand and optimize cloud usage across the organization. You will own cloud solution engineering, automation builds, and stay current with new cloud offerings to drive corporate results.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in design, coding, testing and production support with minimal defects.
• Strong problem solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of basic computer science concepts and OS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with production monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to gather requirements.
• Provide progress updates and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Document processes and participate in reviews/knowledge sharing.
• Help ensure design alignment with enterprise standards.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers as needed.
• Stay current with cloud technologies and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
