Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in designing, analyzing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions with production support.
• 5 years of technical problem solving, solution implementation, and cross-team collaboration.
• 5 years of knowledge of computer science concepts, operating systems, and development languages.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with minimal defects.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report issues to leadership regularly.
• Document processes and participate in technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Align solutions with architecture and enterprise standards.
• Mentor junior to mid-level engineers as needed.
• Provide technical insights to support decision-making across departments.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
