Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced cloud-focused engineer to advocate cloud technologies and provide engineering support for next-generation solutions. You will own cloud solution implementation, maintain automation builds, and stay current with new cloud offerings to drive business results.

The role requires leadership in design, governance and security, plus mentoring of junior engineers and collaboration across IT, product, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/CE or related field.
• 5 years of experience in analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong governance, security, and performance practices.
• Mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with production support.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report issues to leadership.
• Document processes and participate in reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate on architecture design to align with enterprise goals.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers as needed.
• Perform technical analysis to support decision-making across departments.
• Stay current with latest cloud technologies and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
