RapDev builds the operational backbone for autonomous IT and delivers modern ITOM, DevOps, and monitoring solutions for ServiceNow and Datadog environments. The team emphasizes AI-driven incident resolution, observability, and deployment velocity across customer environments.

Ideal candidates bring experience in AWS/Azure/GCP, multiple programming languages, and strong consulting or mentorship capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale environments and multiple cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience consulting and mentoring; leadership capability expected.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages; ability to teach on-the-fly.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer core problems and propose tradeoffs and solutions.
• Communicate complex tech issues to varied audiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex systems with limited context.
• Mentor team members and establish best practices.
• Create repeatable patterns using configuration management and documentation.
• Be a primary escalation point for technical issues.
