Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within ProServe.

You will blend technical credibility with strong program management to drive successful AWS-based implementations, bridging business requirements with technical solutions and managing risk across stakeholders. You will apply AWS frameworks, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes, pursuing certifications and developing domain expertise

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT projects for external customers.
• 5+ years program or engagement management overseeing multiple projects.
• 1+ year as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions; facilitate engineering discussions.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
• Decompose complex problems into deliverable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
