Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive AWS-based implementations, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and governance across multiple stakeholders.

You will pursue AWS certifications, evolve domain expertise, and shape cross-organizational technical strategies.

Qualifications

8+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
