Job summary

Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Cloud-based Endpoint Management Engineer to join our Tier 2/3 End Point Engineering and Operations team in the Washington, DC area. The role emphasizes enterprise endpoint management using Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, with cross-platform engagement to resolve complex tech challenges.

You will provide tier 2/3 support for the endpoint device ecosystem, deploy configuration profiles and security policies for iOS devices and Macs,

Qualifications

7+ years in IT with strong endpoint management experience.
3+ years deploying iOS/iPadOS in enterprise environments.
3+ years administering Intune, Jamf, or similar MDM/MAM.
5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Provide tier 2/3 technical support for endpoint device ecosystem
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management issues
Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for iPhones and iPads via Microsoft Intune
Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for Mac computers via Intune or Jamf
Support business enablement applications including Microsoft 365 suite
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Participate in mobile technology projects and initiatives
