Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior DevOps/Cloud engineer to design, deploy, and maintain petabyte-scale data systems within an automotive ML infrastructure. You will support data collection, ML workloads, and scalable cloud resources across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes AWS-based cloud deployments, CI/CD automation, and robust debugging in complex distributed environments. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• BS in Computer Science or a combination of education and experience required.
• 4+ years of industry experience with cloud technologies and DevOps for complex systems.
• 5-7 years of professional DevOps and Cloud experience.
• Experience deploying, debugging, and managing cloud systems, especially AWS.
• Hands-on development with distributed computing languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Help design, develop, deploy, and maintain data systems at petabyte scale.
• Support DevOps efforts for data collection and ML infrastructure powering intelligent driving systems.
• Update, deploy, and monitor team systems for reliability and performance.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and automation.
• Oversee daily use and provisioning of cloud resources and dynamic scaling.
