ServiceNow is hiring to build and scale the Moveworks AI cloud infrastructure and development platform. You will work across platform, ML, search, data, and frontend teams to shape DevOps needs and execute on strategic projects.

The role emphasizes security, scalability, and cost optimization across multi-region clouds. We seek a hands-on engineer with 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on platform/infrastructure experience.
Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, IAM, ELB, VPC, DNS.
Experience deploying Kubernetes clusters and related tools.
Proficient with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Build and scale Moveworks AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform.
Collaborate with platform, ML, search, data, and frontend teams to align DevOps needs and roadmap.
Design and manage cloud infrastructure across regions/clouds for security, scalability, observability, and cost optimization.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with IaC to provision Moveworks app stack across environments.
Work with security team to improve infrastructure security.
