ServiceNow is seeking a senior platform/infrastructure engineer to build and scale our Moveworks AI cloud инфраструктure and developer platform. You will partner with platform, ML, search, data and frontend squads to shape DevOps roadmaps, lead initiatives and deliver high-impact projects across regions and clouds.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in platform and infrastructure roles.
Hands on technical member with ownership and delivery focus.
Extensive AWS cloud infra design experience including security groups, IAM, ELB, CloudFormation.
Strong knowledge of VPN, AWS VPC, DNS and network troubleshooting.
Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and Istio.
Knowledge of disaster recovery, data backup, encryption, and security tooling.
Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.
Comfortable working at startup pace on challenging problems with ownership.

Job Description

Responsible for building and scaling the Moveworks AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform
Closely work with platform, machine learning, search, data, and frontend teams, understand their DevOps and infrastructure needs, influence DevOps roadmap, and lead as well as execute on various projects
Design, build, and manage the Moveworks cloud infrastructure across many regions / clouds ensuring security, scalability, performance, observability, resilience, and cost optimization
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as code and full automation to provision and manage Moveworks application stack across different environments
Work with Moveworks’ security team on enhancing the security posture of the infrastructure

Qualifications

5+ years of experience
Hands on technical member with a strong sense of ownership - proactively leading complex platform and infrastructure initiatives from conception through delivery and measurement
Strong technical expertise in designing and building AWS (or other) cloud infrastructure with extensive experience in managing AWS security groups, IAM roles, Elastic Load Balancers, Cloud Formation, and other cloud services
Strong knowledge of VPN, AWS VPC, DNS, etc. and experience in troubleshooting network issues
Experience with deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, Istio, etc.
Working knowledge of disaster recovery process and security areas such as data backup and recovery, replication, AWS KMS, certificate management, encryption, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security tools, etc.
Comfortability with tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.
An appetite for working at a startup pace on challenging problems with a high degree of ownership

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $166,500 - $291,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role islocated andis subject to change based on work location.
