Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior security data architect to design and engineer secure data solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will partner with security, data engineering, cloud, and application teams to develop scalable platforms and data protections that enable compliant, value-driven data use.

You will produce architecture assessments, guidance on IAM, encryption, and data governance, and mentor teammates while aligning with enterprise security standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and engineer secure data solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
• Produce security architecture assessments and risk analyses; define mitigations.
• Advise on design and operation of data and security technologies including cloud native services, governance, encryption, and IAM.
• Lead or mentor peers and teams; support compliance with required standards and processes.
• Ensure secure data exchange, data discovery, governance, and monitoring across the enterprise.
