Adonis is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale our cloud platform, developer tooling, and data infrastructure. In this hands-on IC role, you will set standards for reliability, security, and performance across healthcare products serving enterprise physician groups.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong ownership mindset with experience building operational maturity, standards, and scalable systems.
• Comfortable working across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, data infrastructure, and application support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC and reusable modules.
• Own and improve data infrastructure (Postgres, RDS/Aurora, Snowflake) with reliability and DR focus.
• Build a self-service developer platform with CI/CD, testing, and local/temporary environments.
• Establish observability standards with Datadog—monitoring, alerting, tracing.
• Raise engineering standards around maintainability, performance, security via reviews and mentorship.
• Partner with product teams to turn engineering friction into platform capabilities while ensuring HIPAA/SOC 2 security.
