Job summary

Adonis is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale our cloud platform, developer tooling, and data infrastructure. You will implement secure, scalable cloud infra with IaC, manage Postgres, RDS/Aurora, and Snowflake, and build a self-service dev platform with CI/CD and testing to empower teams.

You will establish observability with Datadog, drive standards for reliability, code quality, and security, and work in a HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant environment while leveraging AI-native

Qualifications

• : Six+ years in software engineering with 3+ in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infra.
• Experience building scalable, secure platforms in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC and reusable modules.
• Own and improve data infrastructure (Postgres, RDS/Aurora, Snowflake) with reliability and migrations.
• Build and maintain a self-service developer platform with CI/CD, testing, and environments.
• Establish observability standards with Datadog: monitoring, alerting, tracing.
• Raise engineering standards for maintainability, performance, reliability, and security.
