Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Cloud Engineer III to design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and data models in a data-driven environment. You will lead dbt projects, transform data for reporting and AI initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

You will work with AWS Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and Step Functions, applying best practices in data modeling, SQL, and Python to optimize performance and support enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data warehousing or cloud data engineering roles.
• Experience building enterprise ELT/ETL and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dbt projects and reusable transformation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise data models and data warehouse solutions on AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue).
• Create batch and near real-time pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS services.
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and application teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Implement CI/CD and testing for dbt projects and data pipelines.
