Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Domain Architect III to lead enterprise data architecture and delivery of trusted data products. You will partner with business leaders to define capability roadmaps, guide technical roadmaps, and drive scalable designs across Azure-based data platforms.

Built on Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, the role emphasizes collaborating with executive stakeholders, ensuring security, and delivering architecture that supports AI, analytics, and governance

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of software development or technology experience.
• Proficient in diagramming tools (Visio, LucidChart).
• Experience with Architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or related frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with executives and teams.
• Ability to interact with diverse business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define business capability roadmaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Coordinate with key technical roadmaps and programs.
• Lead functional and technical discussions and communicate designs across audiences.
• Collaborate with business and technology groups to build effective relationships.
• Leverage Clayton standards to craft solution designs mapping to features.
• Partner with leadership in design, testing, and deployment of changes.
• Design and implement solutions addressing enterprise infrastructure needs.
• Analyze system requirements ensuring security and integration with existing apps.
• Drive design of components, frameworks, interfaces, and services.
• Adapt architecture roadmap as business goals evolve.
• Ensure designs meet scalability, quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
