Job summary

WRA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to build and operate our cloud and security programs.

You will own Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management, helping migrate from MSP to in-house operations while enabling distributed staff to work securely and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with the Director of IT & Cybersecurity to stand up new tools, automate processes with PowerShell, and scale security across the environment, including IAM, M365 data governance,

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of direct experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce of 50+ employees.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktops and application servers.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Own our Azure environment including Azure Virtual Desktop and virtual servers.
• Deploy VM monitoring and alerts for performance and capacity.
• Perform root-cause analysis of virtual infra concerns and propose solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and data governance.
• Engage with departments to size, configure, and optimize tools.
• Co-manage SaaS and cloud backup platforms for Microsoft 365 and Azure VMs.
• Administer Entra ID and SSO including conditional access and guest access governance.
• Automate IT processes with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
