Job summary

WRA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to build and secure its internal IT and Cybersecurity functions as we shift from MSP services to an in-house model.

You will own cloud and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoint management, focusing on standing up new tools and migrating workflows. You will work closely with the Director of IT & Cybersecurity in a highly autonomous role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktops and Microsoft 365
• Experience administering Entra ID and SSO with conditional access
• Strong PowerShell experience for automation and admin tasks

Responsibilities

• Own Azure environment including VDesktop, VMs, image management, patching and backups.
• Deploy VM monitoring and alerts to track performance and capacity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage IAM automation and SCIM provisioning across SaaS apps.
• Support endpoint and mobile device management across Windows and limited Mac fleet.
