Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Cloud Design Engineer, Level 3, to lead configuration management across development and production environments. You will implement CM policies, establish baselines, and support lifecycle management from requirements to end-of-life.

The role requires strong experience in CM, change control, and use of tools like DOORS or Eclipse. A TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration, with a bachelor's degree and several years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Eight years of CM experience in programs of similar scope.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to receive privileged access.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience using CM tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes.
• Maintain CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to system complexity.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
• Serve as advisor to Government Change Control Board (CCB).
• Define and implement CM processes across lifecycle, including building scripts integration.
