Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the global S&OP cycle and cadence.
• Deliver a trusted demand signal and reconciled financial plans.
• Prepare executive planning materials for leadership alignment across AIS, EC2, S3, EBS, Finance, and Energy.
• Support planning systems and automate workflows with software teams.
• Develop constrained-planning models to surface risks and levers.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and capacity delivery.
• Drive digital transformation to improve planning maturity across AIS.
