Job summary

Torc Robotics in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a senior cloud infrastructure engineer to scale our AWS platform across multiple accounts. You will define policies, design shared networks, and own the cloud security posture, while delivering EKS/ECS clusters and CI/CD tooling to engineering teams.

This role emphasizes IaC discipline with Terraform, cost visibility, and collaboration with perception, planning, control, and testing groups to enable robotics workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Hands-on AWS experience, multi-account Organizations, IAM, networking, EKS/ECS, security services.
• IaC discipline with Terraform, module design, and managing state at scale.
• Cloud security fundamentals: IAM, least-privilege, compliance tooling, security posture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and build/test/artifact workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain an account vending machine with organizational policies.
• Design and operate shared networks (Direct Connect, VPN, segmentation).
• Own cloud security posture: SIEM integrations, IAM, compliance tooling.
• Design, deploy, and operate shared infrastructure including EKS and ECS clusters.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure and shared build tooling.
• Manage shared package and artifact distribution (JFrog Artifactory, AWS CodeArtifact).
• Drive cloud cost visibility, attribution, and efficiency across the org.
• Collaborate with perception, planning, control, mapping, and vehicle testing teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions, design reviews, and documentation.
