Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive cloud experience with architecture and implementation across AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• Delivery of cloud solutions with strong technical leadership and project management.
• Experience with public health or healthcare data systems and regulatory environments.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ability to pass federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, planning, and delivery of enterprise cloud applications and data platforms.
• Design and guide implementation of cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Serve as liaison between engineering teams, government stakeholders, and business users.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, system designs, and roadmaps.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring quality.
• Support system modernization, data integration, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with government, healthcare, and data governance standards.
• Facilitate technical reviews, status briefings, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support Agile or hybrid delivery models with developers, data engineers, and security teams.
