Hunter Strategy seeks a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Intelligence Systems and Technology Office. You will assess cloud environments, design target-state architectures in IC clouds, and guide migrations with a focus on security and cost efficiency.

Applicants need 6+ years of IC/government cloud experience, hands-on AWS GovCloud/C2S work, IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Hybrid onsite at USCG HQ, Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of cloud experience with IC/government customers.
• Hands-on with IC cloud environments and AWS GovCloud (US).
• Experience with security controls (NIST, RMF) and DoD requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assess CG-26 cloud architecture for performance, cost, resilience, and security.
• Design target-state architectures in IC cloud environments (AWS GovCloud US).
• Lead workload migration, modernization, and right-sizing.
• Document architectures and guidance for IC/DoD stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ISSOs and engineers on security controls and monitoring.
