Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Architect to define and drive cloud architecture strategy across Azure and AWS. The role emphasizes IaC, governance, and automated delivery with strong autonomy and enterprise impact.

Remote-friendly within EST/CST US locations; associates near Carmel, IN may access local offices. Compensation ranges are provided and eligibility for a performance bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Business.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing infrastructure or cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure; AWS preferred and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and related services.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and evolve enterprise cloud platforms and services.
• Develop roadmaps, standards, and governance for cloud architectures.
• Architect and oversee enterprise cloud platform services (landing zones, IAM, DNS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectures.
• Work with vendors and Managed Services to deliver roadmaps.
• Define disaster recovery, cost optimization, and security patterns.
