Job summary

American business solutions inc is seeking a senior Cloud & DevOps Architect to lead the operation, design, maintenance, and performance of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Salesforce). You will guide technical teams on best practices, drive automation, and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable implementations, including containers and Kubernetes deployments.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and certs such as Azure AZ-305 and AWS Solutions Architect Professional, plus 10+ years in

Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Technology or related field.
Azure AZ-305 certification is mandatory.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification is mandatory.
Salesforce AD201 & AD301 preferred.
Unix/Linux OS certs preferred.
At least 10 years of computer systems analyst/network administrator experience.
5+ years with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) in an enterprise.
7+ years software engineering in a team environment; integrate legacy with cloud.
Strong Verbal and written communication; capable of presenting to technical/business audiences.
Experience with multi-vendor SaaS integrations and web services (REST, API).
Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

Lead design, maintenance, and operation of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Salesforce).
Guide technical teams on operational, technical, and procedural best practices.
Lead automation efforts to minimize manual work and ensure transparency in cloud ecosystems.
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical implementations.
Deploy, configure, and maintain containers, Kubernetes, and automation tools.
Integrate legacy systems with new cloud solutions and identify gaps.
Oversee CI/CD and infrastructure as code frameworks and tools.
Set up processes for IaC and automation; lead testing and assessments.
Provide timely technical support and on-call leadership across departments.
