Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS Senior Cloud Architect to lead enterprise cloud design, governance, and policy development in a New York-based contract role.

The candidate will drive scalable, secure, and cost-optimized multi-cloud and hybrid solutions across AWS and Azure, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams. The role emphasizes cloud modernization, migration strategies, IaC, CI/CD, and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 10 years of AWS cloud architecture experience.
• Strong experience designing enterprise AWS and Azure solutions.
• Expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Pulumi).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, governance, and FinOps.
• Experience with container platforms including ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, and OpenShift.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise cloud architectures, governance frameworks, standards, and policies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS with strong Azure knowledge, enabling the design of scalable, secure, and cost-optimized multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define cloud strategy and guide implementation.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification is strongly preferred. Azure certification is a plus.
