Job summary

Oteemo is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to join our team of hands-on engineering consultants. This role supports customer development, test, and production environments across cloud and hybrid on-premise platforms.

You will lead a small team of Cloud Engineers, own system administration, networking, and CI/CD in GitLab, and advocate designs to C-Suite and non-technical stakeholders. AKS, Linux, Terraform experience are highly valued, along with a strong emphasis on security tooling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a systems administrator in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale system solutions and communicate and advocate designs effectively to C-Suite leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a small team of Cloud Engineers.
• Own system administration, networking, and CI/CD pipeline administration in GitLab.
• Manage pipeline and security tooling, including vulnerability assessments and scanning.
• Administer Kubernetes clusters, including AKS and on-prem K8s.
• Build and maintain testing infrastructure, including machine and container images.
• Perform upgrades and ongoing maintenance of system infrastructure and tooling.
