Job summary

Oteemo seeks a Cloud Administrator and DevSecOps Engineer to support Azure environments, Kubernetes clusters, and security tooling. You’ll lead deployments, automate tasks, and maintain infrastructure across development, test, and production environments.

Candidate brings 3–5 years of Azure, Kubernetes, and Linux experience, with strong scripting and IaC skills. Kubernetes expertise (AKS preferred) and security tooling integration are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a systems administrator in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS, GKE, EKS, RKE2, K3D, OpenShift, etc.), with AKS preferred.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and Linux administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef; Terraform preferred).
• Experience with Bash and Python scripting for automation.
• Hands‑on experience automating development and infrastructure tasking.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and integrating security tooling into the operational stack.
• Must have one of the following: Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, CCNA Security.

Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Administrator and DevSecOps Engineer to join our team of hands-on engineering consultants, supporting customer development, test, and production environments. This role primarily provides DevSecOps and system administration expertise, leadership, guidance, and hands-on tasking and support for large system-of-systems software deployments and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. You'll work across system administration, networking, CI/CD pipeline administration, security tooling, and Kubernetes cluster operations to keep customer environments running reliably and securely.

• Proof of completed training or coursework in one of the following: Linux+, Red Hat, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proof of completed training in Microsoft Azure covering both AZ‑104 and AZ‑305.
