Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert-level TypeScript and GoLang with Node.js experience.
• Experience with Apollo Server (GraphQL), Express, and RESTful API design.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure); serverless and container orchestration.
• IaC with CDK or Terraform; security by design incl TLS, OIDC/JWT.
• Experience with distributed tracing, logging, and metrics pipelines.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead service decomposition for GraphQL subgraphs and backend APIs.
• Define resiliency and observability patterns.
• Ensure security-by-design principles and IAM policies.
• Oversee compute stacks and networking.
• Drive CI/CD and zero-downtime deployments.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and security teams.
• Architect data models and manage data integration with warehouses (Snowflake).
