Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States seeks an Application Security Engineer for a hybrid Fort Worth, TX role with in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates. You will design and implement cloud security solutions, oversee the SOC, and align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

You will mentor teams, communicate risks to executives, ensure compliance with GDPR/PCI-DSS/ISO 27001, and drive secure development across Python/Java/PowerShell automation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Strong Python/Java/PowerShell for automation and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to align cybersecurity initiatives with objectives.
• Convey risks and strategies to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Oversee integration of physical security with cybersecurity.
• Coordinate resources and manage project progress.
• Develop secure communication protocols to protect data.
• Oversee SOC operations and toolsets for threat monitoring.
• Report on security operations and KPIs to executives.
• Develop governance for security operations and compliance.
• Mentor cybersecurity professionals within the team.
• Guide planning and delivery of cybersecurity projects.
• Design and execute advanced threat detection and incident response.
