- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Option 2: 8 years of software engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Be deeply hands-on technical leader and write production-quality code.
- Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems.
- Translate domain strategies into system-level implementations with architectural integrity.
- Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD to ensure resilient, observable services.
- Mentor engineers across teams to foster innovation and high standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and automate manual processes to improve developer experience.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
