- Ability to lead technical discussions, drive consensus, and steer technology choices.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Solve complex technical problems and guide technology selection and project planning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold quality and standards.
