Job summary

Ensono seeks a Senior Security Architect to advance secure architecture across enterprise tech with emphasis on cloud platforms and AI. You will translate business needs into practical security patterns, guiding design and ensuring secure-by-design solutions.

You will lead multi-cloud security, define guardrails, perform threat modeling, and mentor engineers while collaborating with identity, data protection, and risk teams. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including security architecture responsibility.
• Designed and reviewed security architectures for cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, data protection, network security, threat modeling, and secure-by-design principles.
• Designed cloud security architectures in Azure and/or AWS, including multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Designed or governed security controls for cloud identity, CSPM/CWPP, network segmentation, containers/Kubernetes, serverless services, encryption, and IaC security.
• Conducted security architecture or risk assessments for AI/ML and generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve cloud and AI security architecture principles, roadmaps, reference architectures, reusable design patterns, and technical standards.
• Lead security architecture reviews for new solutions, cloud deployments, AI use cases, SaaS platforms, applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Translate requirements into risk-informed security designs balancing protection, usability, scalability, cost, and delivery speed.
• Define cloud governance guardrails using policy-as-code, IaC security, secure baselines, configuration standards, and compliance capabilities.
• Assess architectures against shared-responsibility requirements and identify ownership for CSP, Ensono, customers, and third parties.
• Define security architecture for generative AI, ML, AI-enabled apps, model/context integrations, and data handling.
