You will lead automation, troubleshooting, and engineering support aligned with SOWs for Cloud Application Architecture, Development, Engineering, and Monitoring, while coordinating with cross-functional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Location: Tyson's, VA (On Customer Site).
• Experience with AWS, Linux and Windows servers, Jenkins and Puppet.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert-level cloud operations, architecture support, monitoring, metrics analysis, and incident remediation across AWS-based environments.
• Ensure availability, resiliency, and compliance of enterprise cloud systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and remediation of cloud incidents, outages, and misconfigurations.
• Coordinate with system engineers, cybersecurity engineers, and DevSecOps personnel for planning and implementation.
• Document work in Jira/Confluence and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
