U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Closed-End Fund Administrator to join our Milwaukee and Oshkosh operations. You will support day-to-day financial, operational, and regulatory activities for closed-end funds and related investment products.

In this client-facing role you will coordinate with fund clients and service providers, monitor budgets, review financial statements, and ensure SEC/GAAP compliance while handling multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of SEC, GAAP and fund regulatory reporting.
• Experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day financial and compliance operations of funds.
• Primary contact with fund clients and coordination of fund operations.
• Monitor fund budgets and review expenses based on contracts.
• Prepare/review financial statements and test portfolio compliance.
• Coordinate with service providers and auditors for regulatory reporting.
