In this leadership role, you will oversee compliance programs, SEC filings, financial statement reporting, fund expense management, and Board of Directors reporting while ensuring adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for fund clients, regulatory agencies, and key service providers, coordinating fund operations and responding to client and regulatory inquiries.
