Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Fund Administrator to join the Brea, CA team. In this client-facing role, you will support financial, operational, and compliance activities for mutual funds, ETFs, and related funds, coordinating with investment advisors, custodians, and auditors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• One to two years of related work experience recommended.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for fund clients and coordinate with service providers (advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys, auditors).
• Monitor fund budgets and expenses and review financial statements.
• Help ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
