Job summary

The Carlyle Group in New York City seeks a CLO Compliance, Senior Analyst to oversee the compliance and reporting across Carlyle’s US CLO platform. You will collaborate with operations, fund management, and investment professionals to support our leading CLO business.

Responsibilities include monitoring CLO tests, reviewing investor reports, indentures, and complex waterfall calculations, with daily liaison to PM, trading, and structuring teams. Competitive compensation is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance tests.
• Review quarterly investor reports and waterfall calculations.
• Hypothetical testing and review/interpretation of indentures.
• Daily interaction with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teams.
• Regular reporting for Portfolio Management purposes.
• Oversee vendor relationships including fund administration and trustees.
