Epiq Counsel is seeking a Senior CLM Implementation Project Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise CLM rollout in a cross-functional setting, operating with a clear point of view and independent execution. This 40-hour-per-week role emphasizes ownership across legal, IT, and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful migration efforts.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CLM or enterprise project mgmt, strong data mindset, and experience with complex integrated systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CLM implementation, legal ops, or enterprise project mgmt experience.
• Proven track record of end-to-end CLM implementations in enterprise settings.
• Deep experience in workflow design, process mapping and CLM configurations.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently with strategic oversight and detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of a CLM implementation across business, legal, IT and vendor stakeholders.
• Serve as primary connector between technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design, translating needs into scalable workflows.
• Guide build and refinement of contract workflows including approvals, obligations tracking, consent and licensing.
• Partner with the CLM vendor to drive configuration and milestones delivery.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and quality assurance for contracts.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate proactive communication across the project team and maintain momentum.
• Provide strategic direction with hands-on execution to move priorities forward.
• Support system integrations (ERP, procurement, compliance) and translate impact to business.
