You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to design future-state processes, develop documentation, and support testing and training. This role emphasizes delivering tailored CLM configurations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years as a Business Analyst focused on CLM.
• Experience with CLM configuration and understanding contract lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects with stakeholders.
• Analyze current and design future-state contract lifecycle processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Configure CLM systems, including workflows, templates, and metadata; support data migrations.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training; provide post-go-live support.
• Monitor performance and generate reports on contract metrics and improvement opportunities.
